JEHOVAH YASHA – THE LORD MY SAVIOR

SCRIPTURES: Isaiah 49:26 “… all flesh shall know that I the LORD am thy Saviour [JEHOVAH YASHA] and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.” Ezekiel 34:22 Therefore will I SAVE my flock, and they shall no more be a prey; and I will judge between cattle and cattle. Isaiah 33:22 For the LORDis our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; He will SAVE us. Zephaniah 3:17 The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; He will SAVE, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

THOUGHT: YASHA means to save, to defend or to bring salvation and deliverance. The context of the use of this word is to bring one out of a place of danger or restriction to a place of safety and abundance. Throughout the Bible men and women came to know God as their Savior in the midst of the difficulties and dangers of life. The LORD has been Savior to Israel throughout their generations and also individually to Joseph, Moses, David, Daniel and many others.

He is also Savior to you and for you as you see Him as such and call on Him. You may experience many trials and dangers in life. There are times that you may not see any earthly means of deliverance. Call on JEHOVAH YASHA, THE LORD YOUR SAVIOR and ask Him bring you deliverance, heal your body, provide the finances or heal the relationships, etc. The Hebrew name for Jesus, YESHUA, is derived from this word YASHA. We know today, that Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the Lord and Savior of the world. There is no other name whereby we may be saved (Acts 4:12) When you call upon Old Testament name JEHOVAH YASHA you are calling on the New Testament revelation of God in Jesus Christ.

PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for providing salvation and deliverance in life and in eternity through Jesus Christ. I call upon JEHOVAH YASHA and YESHUA, Jesus Christ to bring salvation and deliverance to me and my family from the traumas and difficulties of health, finances and relationships and anything else that brings us trouble. I know that You are able to make a way where this seems to be no way. My confidence and trust is in You because Your name is Salvation and You are my Savior. In Jesus’ Name, AMEN!

About Pastor Lawrence A. Fox

We believe that along with many others, we are called by Jesus Christ to engage in a world-wide effort to reach those in and out of the Christian world with the message of full salvation and healing in His name. This effort starts in our own hearts through the power of the ministry of the Holy Spirit. It then finds growth and nourishment in the fellowship of the local church and fans out through every believer’s home, in our neighborhoods, with our relatives, in the workplace and in every human interaction that we engage in on this side of eternity. We are excited to be ambassadors for God in bringing His message to a lost and dying world. II Corinthians 5:18-20 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
