The Role of The Holy Spirit In Your Life – He Testifies to You of Christ Jesus…

SCRIPTURE: John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

THOUGHT: It was Jesus Christ Himself who said that Holy Spirit would testify of Him. Testify means to be able and willing to speak the truth about a person or event. In this sense it actually means to speak in favor of the one for whom testimony is given. Looking throughout the Scripture you will see that Holy Spirit affirms that Jesus is the Son of God and Savior of the world. He is the one all man-kind has waited for to Redeem this world of Satan, sin, destruction, degradation and death. Holy Spirit testifies these things to you deep within your heart. You may have been considering a greater commitment of your life to Jesus. Today is the day for that commitment. Holy Spirit bears witness to you right now to accept Jesus the Christ, lest you die in your sins.

PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father: I have heard the voice of Your Spirit testifying to me of the Savior, Jesus Christ. I am a sinner and I need the assurance of Salvation provided by Your Son, Jesus Christ. In whatever ways I have considered myself good or holy, I now reject and rely only on the substitution of Your Son for my sins. I ask for the abiding presence of Jesus in my life by the Spirit of God, testifying to me and leading me into the path of righteousness, In Jesus’ Name, AMEN!

About Pastor Lawrence A. Fox

We believe that along with many others, we are called by Jesus Christ to engage in a world-wide effort to reach those in and out of the Christian world with the message of full salvation and healing in His name. This effort starts in our own hearts through the power of the ministry of the Holy Spirit. It then finds growth and nourishment in the fellowship of the local church and fans out through every believer’s home, in our neighborhoods, with our relatives, in the workplace and in every human interaction that we engage in on this side of eternity. We are excited to be ambassadors for God in bringing His message to a lost and dying world. II Corinthians 5:18-20 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
