THE LORD YOUR GOD IS WORTHY

SCRIPTURES: 2 Samuel 22:4 I will call on the LORD, who is WORTHY to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. Revelation 4:11 Thou art WORTHY, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. Revelation 5:12 “…Saying with a loud voice, WORTHY is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.” Hebrews 3:1-3 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus; 2 Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house. 3 For this man was counted WORTHY of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house. Revelation 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art WORTHY to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

THOUGHT: When you say someone is worthy you are saying that he or she is recognized to be of importance, of a high quality or value and/or deserving of honor. When we consider the character and attributes of God, His works and promises, His mercy and forgiveness, His blessings and salvation, His power and authority, etc., etc, you can only conclude that ONLY THE LORD YOUR GOD IS WORTHY.

PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father and MY GOD OF MATCHLESS WORTH: Your PURITY and HOLINESS, INTEGRITY and FAITHFULNESS are peerless in heaven and on the earth. You truly are WORTHY of all of my adoration and praise. I have so much to thank You for but most of all it is for Your MATCHLESS WORTH as it relates to all You are, all You have done, all You are continuing to do in my life and for my eternal salvation through Jesus Christ. I will extol you and exalt You for the rest of my life. In Jesus’ Name, AMEN!

About Pastor Lawrence A. Fox

We believe that along with many others, we are called by Jesus Christ to engage in a world-wide effort to reach those in and out of the Christian world with the message of full salvation and healing in His name. This effort starts in our own hearts through the power of the ministry of the Holy Spirit. It then finds growth and nourishment in the fellowship of the local church and fans out through every believer’s home, in our neighborhoods, with our relatives, in the workplace and in every human interaction that we engage in on this side of eternity. We are excited to be ambassadors for God in bringing His message to a lost and dying world. II Corinthians 5:18-20 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
