SCRIPTURE: Daniel 9:14b “…for THE LORD OUR GOD IS RIGHTEOUS in all his works which he doeth: for we obeyed not his voice.     Psalms 145:17 The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.  Jeremiah 12:1a “Righteous art thou, O LORD…”   Isaiah 5:16 But the LORD of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, and God that is holy shall be sanctified in righteousness

THOUGHT: RIGHTEOUSNESS is defined as right doing or conformity to an established standard of conduct. God as the Creator of all that exists has the right to establish the standard of conduct for His Creation. Since God Himself is RIGHTEOUS, He is the ultimate in conformance with the standard which He Himself has set. In fact there is nothing about God that is out of conformity, or desires to be out of conformity to RIGHTEOUSNESS. He is RIGHTEOUSNESS in essence. For you this provides the confidence that You can always trust in God because of His RIGHTEOUSNESS and because He will always do what is right and desire what is right and best for you.

PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father and LORD GOD OF RIGHTEOUSNESS: As our Creator You know what is best and Your established standards of RIGHTEOUSNESS is what is best for this universe and for my life. I submit my life to You and to Your RIGHTEOUSNESS. Cleanse me from all unrighteousness and help me to live set apart, from day to day, in the beauty of Your HOLINESS and RIGHTEOUSNESS, In Jesus’ Name, AMEN!

About Pastor Lawrence A. Fox

We believe that along with many others, we are called by Jesus Christ to engage in a world-wide effort to reach those in and out of the Christian world with the message of full salvation and healing in His name. This effort starts in our own hearts through the power of the ministry of the Holy Spirit. It then finds growth and nourishment in the fellowship of the local church and fans out through every believer’s home, in our neighborhoods, with our relatives, in the workplace and in every human interaction that we engage in on this side of eternity. We are excited to be ambassadors for God in bringing His message to a lost and dying world. II Corinthians 5:18-20 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
