JEHOVAH HAKKADOSH YISRAEL – THE LORD, THE HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL

SCRIPTURE: EZEKIEL 39:7 So will I make MY HOLY NAME known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute MY HOLY NAME any more: and the heathen shall know that I am THE LORD, THE HOLY ONE IN ISRAEL.   ISAIAH 40:25 To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? saith THE HOLY ONE.

THOUGHT: THE HOLY ONE is the One who is apart from all that is earthly and common, and is supremely unique in all aspects, perfect in all His ways, far surpassing and transcending what is profane, imperfect, finite or common. This is the nature and realm of JEHOVAH GOD alone. As THE HOLY ONE, God is utterly distinct, sacred, without equal, constant in moral character and thereby He alone is worthy of your supreme adoration and worship. All that is described by the names, characteristics, attributes and nature of God are wrapped into one another and into His Holiness. For example, God is for Righteousness and Justice, yet He is also Patient, Loving, Compassionate and Merciful. His HOLINESS is integrated with all of His attributes providing Grace that you may receive His provision of Salvation in the name of His Son, Jesus Christ and the Sanctification of His Spirit unto belief of the truth and unto obedience (2 Thessalonians 2:13 & 1 Peter 1:2). He says: Be ye HOLY for I am HOLY [1 Peter 1:15-16].

PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father and JEHOVAH HAKKADOSH – LORD GOD – THE HOLY ONE: You are the Holy One! Only You are HOLY and You ask that I also be Holy because I am Your child. So, I ask for Your help as I separate myself unto Holiness that I may be pleasing to You and so that I may glorify You in all that I do. In Jesus’ Name, AMEN!

ADDITIONAL SCRIPTURE: Leviticus 20:7 Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye HOLY: for I am the LORD your God. 1 Peter 1:15-16 But as he which hath called you is HOLY, so be ye HOLY in all manner of conversation; 16 Because it is written, Be ye HOLY; for I am HOLY.

About Pastor Lawrence A. Fox

We believe that along with many others, we are called by Jesus Christ to engage in a world-wide effort to reach those in and out of the Christian world with the message of full salvation and healing in His name. This effort starts in our own hearts through the power of the ministry of the Holy Spirit. It then finds growth and nourishment in the fellowship of the local church and fans out through every believer’s home, in our neighborhoods, with our relatives, in the workplace and in every human interaction that we engage in on this side of eternity. We are excited to be ambassadors for God in bringing His message to a lost and dying world. II Corinthians 5:18-20 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
