THOUGHTS: TRANSCENDENCE is the truth that the nature of LORD God’s being, wisdom, knowledge and power lies beyond the material universe and beyond all known physical laws and human understanding. The fact that the LORD God TRANSCENDS the material universe as well as what is knowable to you as a human being, makes Him beyond your ability to grasp Him in His entirety. What is known of Him is what He has revealed in the Holy Bible and what He may reveal you personally. An example of Divine TRANSCENDENCE displayed is when God does a miracle that goes beyond the natural order of things. Acts such as Creation, the Burning Bush, the feeding the multitudes in the wilderness, the crossings of the Red Sea and the River Jordan, healing the sick or raising the dead and the manifold Messianic Prophecies are evidences of His TRANSCENDENCE. This means that you can be assured that the God who created everything is above it all yet is involved in it all and is concerned about each aspect of your life. It also means that God will make good on His promise that one day He will have a reckoning for each and every person that lived. This behooves you to accept His Son Jesus Christ as your Savior, commit your life to Him and live a surrendered life so that your accounts are clear with God.
PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father and TRANSCENDENT GOD: I recognize that You are the Creator and the Sustainer of the universe and of my life. I also know that although You are TRANSCENDENT and far above me in person and in power, that You chose to care about me and care for me. I thank You that although You are THE TRANSCENDENT GOD [GOD IS FAR BEYOND & ABOVE ME] that You are also GOD THAT IS IMMANENT [GOD THAT IS NEAR AT HAND]. I thank You for this in Jesus’ Name, AMEN!
