The Role of The Holy Spirit in Your Life – He Strengthens You With Might…

SCRIPTURES: Ephesians 3:14-16 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; See also 2 Peter 1:3

THOUGHT: Throughout the Bible you have read stories of men and women making bad decisions, living spiritually weak lives, failing in their duties and becoming unable to effectively navigate life. You find this is true of ordinary people and also of prophets, priests and kings. However, when they commit their lives to God and are  strengthened by Holy Spirit, you see many that are able to stand strong in faith, make wise decisions and do wondrous things to the glory of God. This strength of God’s Holy Spirit is also for you, so that you can confidently and faithfully make wise and Godly choices, stand strong, live passionately for God and accomplish His purpose and plan for your life.

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, Thank You for giving me all that I need pertaining unto life and godliness. Fill me with Your Spirit that I may receive strength mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Strengthen me in my family matters, in my church & spiritual life and at work. Strengthen me with might by Your Spirit in my inner being, so that I may truly stand strong, speak boldly and accomplish all that You have planned for my life, In Jesus’ Name, AMEN!

About Pastor Lawrence A. Fox

We believe that along with many others, we are called by Jesus Christ to engage in a world-wide effort to reach those in and out of the Christian world with the message of full salvation and healing in His name. This effort starts in our own hearts through the power of the ministry of the Holy Spirit. It then finds growth and nourishment in the fellowship of the local church and fans out through every believer’s home, in our neighborhoods, with our relatives, in the workplace and in every human interaction that we engage in on this side of eternity. We are excited to be ambassadors for God in bringing His message to a lost and dying world. II Corinthians 5:18-20 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
