SCRIPTURES: Daniel 2:27-28 Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, The secret which the king hath demanded cannot the wise men , the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, shew unto the king; 28 But there is a God in heaven that REVEALETH SECRETS [GELAH RAZ], and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these; 29 As for thee, O king, thy thoughts came into thy mind upon thy bed, what should come to pass hereafter: and he that REVEALETH SECRETS [GELAH RAZ] maketh known to thee what shall come to pass… Psalms 25:14The SECRET of the LORD [JEHOVAH RAZ] is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.

THOUGHT: Only in Daniel do we find the term GELAH RAZ. But the representation of God as having all knowledge and revealing to us His secrets of mysteries and wisdom is seen throughout the Bible. The Prophecies of Biblical times as well as the Word of Prophecy that is active today is based on JEHOVAH EL GELAH RAZ, your LORD GOD, THE REVEALER OF SECRETS, making known what He desires for you to know. Knowing that God is JEHOVAH EL GELAH RAZ, your LORD GOD the REVEALER OF SECRETS, means that you can go to Him and ask Him to reveal to you things that you need to know. Knowing this aspect of God means that you should not make any major decisions* without seeking His counsel and wisdom, and asking Him to reveal to you the way that you should go.

*Major Decisions include: Where to register for college; what career area to pursue; accepting a specific job offer; where to live; the purchase of a home; who to allow into close relationship; courtship & marriage; etc.

PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, GELAH RAZ, THE REVEALER OF SECRETS, I am glad to know that You reveal secrets and wisdom to us as we come to know You more. I ask that You reveal to me the pathways that I should take in my life. There are major decisions to be made in my life and for my family. I ask for You, THE REVEALER OF SECRETS [GELEH RAZ] to make known to me things that I need to know, things that impact on my life and my family, In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

About Pastor Lawrence A. Fox

We believe that along with many others, we are called by Jesus Christ to engage in a world-wide effort to reach those in and out of the Christian world with the message of full salvation and healing in His name. This effort starts in our own hearts through the power of the ministry of the Holy Spirit. It then finds growth and nourishment in the fellowship of the local church and fans out through every believer’s home, in our neighborhoods, with our relatives, in the workplace and in every human interaction that we engage in on this side of eternity. We are excited to be ambassadors for God in bringing His message to a lost and dying world. II Corinthians 5:18-20 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
