The Role Of Holy Spirit In Your Life – He Prophecies Through You…

SCRIPTURE: 2 Peter 1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. 2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness… (See also Luke 1:70 & 1 Peter 1:1).

THOUGHT: The Lord God is holy and commands you to be holy. He desires to communicate to you and through you to others. Just as He spoke in old time to holy men, God still speaks to us and through us by His Holy Spirit. Prophecy is speaking forth the thought and Word of God as it bubbles up and comes forth within you. In 1 Corinthians 14:1-5 it is so clearly expressed, as to leave no doubt, that prophecy is to be desired for the encouragement and edification of one another.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for forgiveness of my sins. I commit my life to you to live holy, loving and forgiving others. Help me by Your Holy Spirit to live a life of obedience so that I can clearly hear and know Your voice as You speak to me and through me to others. Speak to me, Lord! I will hear and obey. In Jesus’ Name. AMEN!

About Pastor Lawrence A. Fox

We believe that along with many others, we are called by Jesus Christ to engage in a world-wide effort to reach those in and out of the Christian world with the message of full salvation and healing in His name. This effort starts in our own hearts through the power of the ministry of the Holy Spirit. It then finds growth and nourishment in the fellowship of the local church and fans out through every believer’s home, in our neighborhoods, with our relatives, in the workplace and in every human interaction that we engage in on this side of eternity. We are excited to be ambassadors for God in bringing His message to a lost and dying world. II Corinthians 5:18-20 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
